It's also a bit full of itself as it gives itself top marks for a starting word that reveals only one letter in the right position with a second in the wrong place. My starting word revealed one confirmed and two in the wrong place, which naturally narrows possible choices more than theirs. My starting word is given a lower score though.

 

The bot's second guess revealing most of the word is also mostly luck, given the letters it revealed.
