I hate to say this but I think that's all on Russell. He's in the rightmost position of three cars abreast, and he just moves across to the left by himself. His rear left takes out the front right of the other car. (edit: Russell's rear left contacts Gasly's front right, and it pitches Russell across into Zhou. Arguably Gasly shouldn't have had his nose in the middle, we'll see how it turns out once it's all reviewed.)

 

As I type they're saying Zhou is still in the car. Hope he's okay and it's just precautionary. (edit: now it's being reported that he's been extracted and stretchered away).

It was a sandwich oh Zhou, Gasley, & Russell. 
 

Gasley squeezed in the middle, clipped Russell’s rear left which span him in front nose into Zhou flipping his car over sliding upside down

No way Russell restarts this. 
 

Coming back under your own steam is all fine, but I always thing F1 promoting drivers coming back to the pits in cars in bits is stupid. Look at Gasly today with the front wing under 1 of the front wheels, and others with punctures etc.

 

See also drivers stalling and being out, I much prefer the Indycar method of getting a pickup out and a marshal with a starter.
