Next movie, after Lightyear, has been announced. Due 16 June 2023. Directed by Peter Sohn of The Good Dinosaur and the Partly Cloudy short. Set in a city where fire, air, land and water people live together. The man characters are Ember and Wade. Fire and water people, if it was too subtle for you. The water and fire pair are about to discover how much they have in common.

No teaser or anything yet, just a title and concept picture.

Hopefully it focuses on the Earth character who is terminally ill and the film is used to highlight the fragile yet beautiful nature of our planet to children, that Earth is absolutely worth fighting for. Then have the wind character who keeps farting to keep the adults entertained.

Remember when Lindsay Ellis tweeted that Raya and the Last Dragon is a perfect illustration of how influential Avatar: The Last Airbender has been on young adult fantasy?

If only she'd waited a year to say it about this film instead of that one. She might not have suffered the bad-faith backlash that hounded her off Twitter and YouTube.

Nah, fire and water combine to form mist to much confusion. The status quo in the world will change until the characters eventually come to accept it.

Also confusingly the characters, despite being elements, walk on land and have buildings and move about in air.
