Foden was excellent, and looked most likely to produce something for City, but Milner had a good duel with him.

Overall Milner had Foden shitting himself with surprise.

Which is amazing because when Milner made his professional debut, Foden was actually shitting himself in his nappies!

Amazon is one of the biggest companies on earth and have their own fucking web services platform, so why are these streams so utterly wank.

Stream is amazing here, compared to Nowtv - well its not comparable as its leagues better!

So weird. Everything else on Prime is fine, Internet speed tests are maxing out, and I’ve restarted the stream a number of times now. My brother said it’s shite too. Maybe it’s just the Liverpool game?

I started on the Liverpool stream and spot on, switched to Spurs and looked even better (I imagine better lighting rather than higher bitrate)

Just switched over as half time and again its a cracking picture, maybe isp related if specific issue?

Beale left Villa the second an option for the managers seat came up elsewhere, just a few months into a new job with a big step up in difficulty. He's highly thought of, and appears to have no loyalty at all. He'll move to anything that improves his position.

Very reminiscent of early career Brendan Rodgers.

That's not very fair, he was offered a manager's position and he had made known his desire to manage. Why would he have any loyalty to Aston Villa in that situation?

I think he needs to seriously consider the Wolves offer, it will probably be a massive wage increase and I suspect he hasn't ever really earned large sums in his previous roles. A Premier League role could potentially set him up for life, despite success or failure.

Is Michael Beale really going to leave top of the table QPR after about 5 minutes to take a job at Wolves, who are deservedly in the relegation zone and have looked to be going backwards for ages now?

Seems maybe not

This should be enough to see Gerrard gone.

A mysterious amount of money was transferred into the club this week, which smacks of contract payoff. And the rumours are gathering pace of replacement discussions. He's done.

And should have been ages ago. We're so bad. All the stats show it, the results confirm it and just watching us is torturous. This side is better than this. Gerrard is a clown.

He has the look of a man resigned to his fate tonight.

That's just the way his face rests. And he sits for most of the game looking miserable every match.

Critchley is more telling. He looks shellshocked, his eyes are nearly watering.
