Tried this a couple of times last week https://www.nigella.com/recipes/spaghetti-with-marmite


Fan of marmite but this didn't really work. It's either too weak and watery or too strong.


My tip, for a quick and extreme pasta dish is blue cheese. It's a staple from my childhood. If you're rich, melt gorgonzola and milk in a pan, otherwise blue stilton works fine. Just beware, if anyone in your house doesn't like the smell of blue cheese you may get murdered in your sleep.
