The voice is actually fairly inoffensive. Don’t like that they’re doing another “new to the mushroom kingdom” movie.

It was more a teaser than an actual trailer.

It looked like a typical DreamWorks movie with Mario models.

Jack Black is alright though.

I seem to recall that Chris Pratt claimed he’d been working on the Mario voice for a long time. Given that it just sounds like Chris Pratt’s voice I assume that by this he meant that he had a stroke or something recently and had to learn to speak again.

Looks good to me. Wish we had seen more though. I'll be at Star Wars Celebration when it releases so might go and see this on one of the evenings.

It looks pretty much exactly as I expected it would, like a modern Mario. Provided they can have fun interactions between Mario and co it should be really good.

Chris P. sounds like he's doing big Lou Albano brooklyn style Mario voice from the 80s cartoons to me. Jack Black sounds great as Bowser.

I've liked pretty much all of the Illumination output so fingers crossed this will be good too.

I thought it looked great. The penguin bit made me laugh. I'll look forward to seeing it with my four-year-old. We're gonna wear Mario hats!

I can only assume that the post credits scene in the actual movie will be footage of new Wave Race and F-Zero.

It’s going to be good in the same way the Sonic movie was good. Rock bottom expectations serve to trick your mind into thinking something ‘just ok’ is ‘quite good!’.

Jack Black sounded great I thought and; from the very brief bit we heard; Chris Pratt sounded good in'all. Upgraded expectations from cautiously optimistic to naively excited.
