The more you see that goal by Wright, the funnier it gets. It's a terrible touch as he falls over, and by all the laws of physics it should go away from the goal. How has it landed there?

 

It reminds me of Javier Hernandez's first goal for Man Utd. For those who understandably don't remember that, the ball was played across to Hernandez for a tap-in at the back post, but the Little Pea somehow miskicked it so badly that he tripped himself up and went flying. Fortunately for him, the ball spun off his boot, hit him right in the face, and deflected into the goal.

It's already annoying me how much the BBC are banging on about Messi. Give it a bloody rest. Also Danny Murphy - a man who made the BBC's announcement of the Queen's death look upbeat.

Argentina are going to get wrecked when the face a good side. Messi benefiting from a soft decision was inevitable.
