I'm listening to the voices in my head telling me that even though the GF told me she was coming straight come after work she had no intention of doing so, and the txt msg telling me she's "at the pub" was so I wouldn't hear the background noise or lack thereof and that I should kill the bitch for cheating on me...

: S

Just 'M.O.P.' for me.

A Silver Mount Zion - He Has Left Us But Shafts of Light Sometimes Grace the Corners of Our Rooms

Is this at all comparable to Born Into Trouble As The Sparks Fly Upward? I got it a while ago and while I concede it probably deserves a second chance, I found it a hugely uncomfortable listen and didn't make it past the halfway mark. My eyes were seriously narrowed and my forehead correspondingly wrinkled even by the end of track 1.

So the sudden cessation of the strings followed by the twangs and rustling of instruments afterwards were like heaven.

Oh, and:

Cornelius - Point. Deliciously refreshing and vibrant guitar funk.

'Feeling' by Leila from her 'Like Weather' CD on Rephlex. Whatever happened to Leila then? She released a second CD 'Courtesy of Choice' on XL, mixed for Björk when she toured then disappeared.

Anyone listen to Leila? Know what she's upto?

It's still great, just finished the Lost In Translation soundtrack, pure class.

I'm going to get this. One of the band members from Turin Brakes selected a Kevin Shields track, from the soundtrack, to be played on Radio 2. I've never listened to 'Loveless', but I loved what I heard. Beautiful abstract ambient bliss ;)
