Help me identify these two old pc games…

Game one:

 

an early pc 3d (maybe) fighting game. One of the characters had a bo-staff and could do a helicopter lazer attack. 
 

Game two:

the second game was a first person space sim where you flew around a desert landscape. It culminated in going through a pyramid and fighting a large snake / worm.

Number 2, maybe Terminal Velocity? Remember playing this a lot, it came bundled with my first PC as a kid.

The fighting game had these two characters;  A brown guy with dark long hair with the staff as mentioned above and an amoured guy with a sword.  This would have been running on a windows 98 machine to date it.

Or possibly Toshinden 2, but I don't know if that one got a PC port.

Armored guy could be duke b rambert, but the staff guy doesn’t sound like mondo. Not sure it’d be toshinden.

 

that said, his overdrive in toshinden 2 helicoptered him up and dumped a ton of fireballs on the enemy.

Bio F.R.E.A.K.S had a weird creep with an actual helicopter suit. Doubt that's it though.
