I'll spoiler this just incase people are behind

I can't believe lego masters has somebody who annoys me as much as Lexi does, even that little bloke in the first series who ignored everything Brickman said (Cale ?) was a funny nob head. Lexi is just an arsehole.

 

I do wonder if her mate knows something, like Lexi is genuinely mentally ill or diagnosed on the spectrum so you go along with her, because if not she's just a piece of shit. Every build Lexi seems to think she is Teflon coated to criticism, no plan 2h for what to build it's her mate not coming up with anything, any comment from Brickman is perceived to be towards the half of the build she isn't working on.

 

Worst reality show villain since Nasty Nick on BB1

We're working our way through season 4 and it's as enjoyable viewing as ever.

 

I prefer this system of not always having eliminations. One criticism of season 3 was

The way that contestants were eliminated only to return and return again!

the only issue with no eliminations is the shows are often kind of pointless other than seeing a nice build - they don't tell you at the start if it's elimination or not as know a lot of people will turn off.

I do get that but I think I'm there more to see the builds and the general atmosphere of the show rather than the eliminations.

 

I was also glad to see them ditch giving people the "week" off when their build won. I always thought it was a shame that we didn't get to see them build without any pressure on.

They didn’t know each other beforehand, so Rachel is stuck with someone she clearly now hates. 
 

A few of the other pairings were done for the show like Alex & Caleb who are awesome together

Yes, we picked up on that recently. I hadn't realised that the show paired up some of the teams. It makes sense they'd need to do that but it definitely adds another dimension to the challenge faced by those teams.

Must be hard getting put with a stranger like that and having to work together.

 

Even my 11 year old son thinks Lexi is pain in the ass though.

Kirsti and Dan are another pairing for the show who didn’t know each other before.

Really wish this week would have been an elimination for obvious reasons. 

 

I'd like to have seen what Rachel could do without the mental drag factor of the 'Character Boss' hanging on her.

Yes, it wasn’t their best build. 
 

Spoiler

The troll wasn’t large enough to catch the attention, and the green side of the bridge needed to be more vibrant and lush. 

It was still excellent, but didn’t have the wow of the Kaiju bursting out of the waves.
 

I expect the tree village did well with the younger audience as again, it wasn’t Alex & Caleb’s most impressive work.

What most impressed me was that Alex hadn’t done anything like this before. She had just bought sets and followed the instructions!

It’s not a full season though. Just three episodes and all return contestants.
