Be excited, people, this is gonna be huge.

Not completely sure it will be. UBisoft have had a run recently of critically acclaimed games that haven't sold to expectations at retail and remember 95% of Xbox gamers don't play on line. It will have better success on the PC I think with wider appreciation of the on-line game and, as I don't have an Xbox, it would be that version I'd go for. Played the original on the GC mind and didn't get on with it so I doubt I will be getting it.

Couldn't resist sending the occasional invite as well B)

As for the game itself:

Singeplayer: It's the same thing all over again, but for me that's not a bad thing. The gfx are even better though.

Multiplayer: Now that's a tough one. I've played it for a bout 3 hours yesterday, and I honestly can't say whether I like it or not. Some games were downright boring, while others were amongst the most exhilirating Live moments to date for me. I think it gets better once you learn the maps a bit.

Couldn't find a copy today, hopefully I'll have more luck tomorrow. It's a bit irritating to see InitialBinary and MrWolfe getting 'experienced' though.

Don't worry about it. The online game has a very steep learning curve.

I don't think you're at much of a disadvantage.

Really? I bought Resident Evil 0 from them a couple of days ago, and it wasn't recorded... Perhaps it's just for pre-orders or full-priced games... ;( Actually, considering my problem with getting un-recorded DVDBO stuff, it's probably just as well...

Quite frankly, I'd be happy if I ever get hold of it. A couple of months ago, a neighbour of mine knocked on my door to give me a (very important as it happens) letter she'd found in the gutter outside. I don't think my postie likes me...

Everytime i log onto videogamesplus, my laptop crashes. I've tried like 7 times and the same thing happens :)

Im still waiting for Metal Gear to turn up!
