Sam and Max appear in almost every LucasArts adventure game. As well as the ones already mentioned, theres a picture of Max in the motel in DOTT and you can also make out his shape in lights in Monkey Island 3.

Quite a lot of Rares games have cameos in them from other characters. Such as Banjo appeating in Grabbed By The Ghoulies and Conkers Bad Fur Day. Theres loads more from Rare but I can't be arsed typing them! :)

Your sig is HUGE.

Oh, and Max appears in Jedi Knight, and Shadows of the Empire as well.

FFIX has a few references to past FF games.

In the Lindblum armour/weapon shop you can examine a weapon then Zidane says "I remember a spiky haired huy carrying a huge weapon".

The ending

"Through Cloud or Squall", of course the previous main characters of FF games

Not the exact quote of course.

There's Mario portraits in some of the Kokiri houses in 'Link to the Past'. There's a Lemming somewhere in the Captain Planet game. One of the Lemmings levels is called 'Shadow of the Beast' and done in an artstyle very much like that game. Manhunt is situated in Carcer City, which was mentioned before in a GTA game. Vice City and San Andreas were also mentioned in earlier GTA games. One of the games in Wario Ware makes you eat the symbols which are used on the DualShock controller. And I remember from the Edge review that there is a Bow-wow with a huge green X on his face, but I haven't seen it myself.
