Regarding MGS:TTS, no I've not played it yet, and like I said in that thread, I guess I should get things in proportion. I'm waiting for PAL because I'm broke just now. And Sabre Wulf's score is pretty much expected after Edge's preview, which somehow attempted to paint the game as innovative whilst rattling off the platforming cliches present (item seeking, hub worlds) and bizarrely claiming its short levels were good because they were clearly-defined. Surely large levels with clearly-defined goals, and short levels with freedom to encourage you to go back, make more sense, eh?

Spong sucks, but apparantly it comes right from the horse's mouth. And if anything, it's just as founded as the other rumours drifting around.

Microsoft and Tecmo will advise the press of any changes that may be made, as and when the situation changes.

Design wise it's excellent IMO, especially the lovely Resident Evil 4 cover/spread. I haven't read much yet, but from what I've read I've enjoyed.

Indeed it does. To quote the review, "The only drawback is that it occasionally mimics life too closely."

I'd agree, I think the design is still at a high standard. The RE4 feature was lovely and gruesome.
