When Halo2 arrives will you...

a ) Go straight onto live and see if you really were the Halo daddy you always believed you were?

b ) Shut the curtains, turn up the sound system, pre-empt the missing persons report by telling the police you're going to be "unavailable" for a while, drop the missus off at her sister's, insert the drip and finally settle into a caffiene fuelled mission through the single player campaign?

c ) Add the still shrink wrapped box to the waiting shrine and have a quiet moments reflection about what you're about to experience...

d ) Boot up Fifa for another 16-0 thrashing of the computer opponent cause Halo2's gonna be rubbish and you need to feel like "a big butch man mister hat"

I'll be watching the riots in the town centre. "What do you mean you're sold out?!", etc....

"Perhaps I could recommend the newly released Fifa 200x as an alternative sir, they've added a new feature where you can control David Beckham's hair with the d-pad..."

I'd be straight into the single player campaign, or if I can get someone as excited as me then a bit of co-op. But now you mention it, I dont know how long I could resist the online aspect, even though I know i'd be shite

I was thinking, the date I believed for ages was 04/04/04, thats would be next week...:lol::angry:

e) yawn......and then carry on playing Half Life 2.

oh you tease, surely you haven't perfected your time machine yet as Half Life 2 won't be out this year.

as for me i'll be going through the single player first or co-op IF it has system link co-op. after reading First Strike i need to know what happens.

actually i probably will go straight online when i buy it as no doubt it will be available to download for about a week before hand. so i'll grab that and whomp through the single player before buying it and shooting it up on Live.

The one thing which worries me about Halo 2 Live is this - I've noticed in Gotham 2 online games, there's more and more of this "cat and mouse" arseness. It's bollocks. Then, I got thinking that there's going to be the same kind of stuff going on in Halo 2 but around "Hey! Let's chuck loads of grenades under Warthogs and see how high they go!" "w00t!". Meh.

Cat and mouse is great fun, and for all those playing it's an extra way to enjoy the game. If you don't like it, play with people who think like you. Halo 2 probably will start having these sort of diversions, but that's what happens when people try and have fun.
