There were stories about the Star Wars tv show for years before it just vanished. Apparently they had at least 100 episodes "scripted" to a certain extent, but that may be urban legend now, like Prince's Paisley Park archives.

Maybe some of these scripts ended up being Frankenstien-ed into the current Rebels show? They're certainly set in the same era.

There are some scripts that definitely exist, I know someone who worked on the show as a writer. I don't know if the 100 script thing is true though- they may have plotted out broad arcs for seasons, but as far as I remember the writers at the time (in the writer's room) just did a couple of episodes each. Then again Lucas might have farmed out the following seasons to other writers I guess.
