Why? There's nothing that hasn't been seen/heard before.

I think the casual use of the "f-word" will be cut tbh, a friend of was watching me play for about 5 mins and he saw the word motherfucker written on a wall and he was saying "you can't have that in a game!!!!!" :unsure:

Play The Suffering. There's more cursing in the first five minutes than there is in the whole of Riddick, in both text and speech. They even use 'cunt' at least once.

Actually, I think at the beginning someone calls your character a "baby-raping, sodomizing, sack of shit" or something similar.

I thought I was getting near the end yesterday when I jump aboard the ship.

I then get treated to another cut scene and end up in cryosleep.

I keep waking up with 2 minutes of exercise time to work out how to escape before being put back in again.

Finally work it out and, of course, I've got no weapons again.

Bloody excellent. :unsure:

I spent a quite a while on this yesterday.

I don't think I can see in the dark yet, as when I shoot all the lights out I have to use my torch to see, but the game just oozes atmosphere.

I love the graphical style, the way you can climb up boxes that soldiers are hiding behind and kill em in the face.

It's the smooth merging of the MGS and quality FPS gameplay that hooks me.

It's very hard though isn't it!

Man, this game is fucking amazing. It certainly came out of the blue!

Just got to the mines, loving every second so far.

I mean just don't go around make games like this do you? Its not the done thing. Its downright rude. You don't make a game with graphics this good and gameplay this fun based on a movie. Oh man...

Has anyone had a corrupt save problem? Looks like I"m going to have to start the game over again.

It's an American retail copy running off the disc on a PAL chipped X-Box.

Oh great. I'm playing an NTSC US copy on my modded crystal Xbox, from the HDD. Shame you can't do seperate saves, like Deus Ex:IW.

Get the saves manager from 'xbox saves'. That makes everything easy as pie.

You're still a fair way off from the mines just yet. Lots more fun before that though, so don't worry. ;)

But now I hate how it's all just monsters (why do they always ruin games with monsters???) and just out and out shooting ;)

Oh AND the guards can see in the dark so your shine is useless really, it's not like you're the preditor in aliens bs predator or anything, that was good

The Xeno but would have been much better if they were a bit scarier looking, and black.

They can HEAR you and they can see you with their torchlights and they can see your gun fire and they will usually see you in the dark if they see you run into it from the light.

Pretty realistic to be honest.
