Well I can't be the only one excited about a brand new 2D adventure in the spirit of Link to the Past. With the big new super deluxe realistic steriod enhanced edition on the Cube getting all the attention this little guy is getting neglected!

I'll just get rid of them. I just wanted to talk about this little game anyway.

From the blurb on the Nintendo site the concept sounds really neat.

Can they block text as well?

Link returns in an all-new Game Boy Advance adventure! As he searches an unfamiliar land for fragmented relics called Kinstones, Link will have to take a closer look at the ground beneath his feet. Using the power of a mystical hat called The Minish Cap, the Hylian hero will shrink down for a massive quest ... on a microscopic scale!

Fuse the Kinstone pieces! The magical relics called Kinstones have been cracked into fragments and spread across the world, and by fusing them together can you solve puzzles and unlock secrets. Talk to everyone you meet, or link with friends and fuse Kinstones with them!

Small Link ... huge adventure! Link will have his work cut out for him as he fights evil in his own land then shrinks to help the Minish people, a miniature race in dire need of a hero.

Draw your sword! As you wander a vast overworld, slash your way through hordes of enemies, explore puzzling dungeons and use new items like a suction device that can fire out what it absorbs!

Game Storyline: When Link discovers a magical hat called The Minish Cap, he gains the power to shrink down to the size of the Minish people, who are in grave danger. As he travels back and forth between their world and his, he'll solve puzzles, fight through dungeons and slowly uncover the evil behind their plight and vanquish it.

Characters: Link, the Minish people.

How to progress through the game: Explore the world, find new items that help you progress and fuse Kinstones with townsfolk to get hints. In the dungeons, you'll have to fight enemies and solve puzzles as you hunt each dungeon's massive boss.

Special powers/weapons/moves/features: Link has his trusty sword and shield, and the Minish Cap will help him shrink down to micro-size. He'll also find a wealth of items to aid him on his quest, including the boomerang, bow and others that have never been seen before.

It's Link in Wonderland!

true.

i just remembered that capcom's GB zelda games were shite so hopefully its improved.

Yes I'm ever so slightly dissapointed that the main man didn't want to have one last super outing in 2Dsville with a unique dual concept between the new Cube version and a DS/GBA title. I'll get over it though. You're going to be sick to the back teeth of Link by the end of 2005 anyway.
