Ah...you obviously haven't heard about this top secret project. A next gen version of Bad Dudes. ;)

No, I have heard of this. It uses an innovative new type of controller, not too disimilar to the gargantuan Tekki controller. Bad Dudes 200X (for that is it's name) will be controlled by a life-sized motion-sensored vending machine that you through around your livingroom at cardboard cut-out ninjas.

Seeing as Eidos have announced that Shellshock isn't coming out for another few months, pulling it from the June/July release schedule despite a bunch of adverts etc, does this mean Edge have been reviewing unfinished games?

Or were Eidos happy enough for it to be reviewed & then pulled it when it became clear it was shit?

No, the finished code has been available for a couple of weeks. The publisher has decided to hold back the release so that they can cash in on the holiday season later on. Maybe they'll try to go head to head against Halo 2 ;)

I would imagine they were given a disc they were told was what was going to be released. People complain when they don't manage to review UK releases in time and they complain when they do. ;)

Aren't Guerilla making Killzone? Shellshock's score and obvious lack of squad AI as noted in the review doesn't bode well for that, IMO.

It's a different team though isn't it? You could look at it as Killzone soaking up all the talent and attention at the company, much to Shellshock's detriment.

Here's the latest on the DVD:

The subs DVDs are being mailed either this afternoon or tomorrow. They are aiming for today, but it depends if they get it finished in time for the mail. If not, definitely tomorrow.
