No way! That speedboat sequence is Face/Off is fantastic. As is the 'Somwhere Over the Rainbow' sequence for that matter. Fight Club ain't an action film, just because it has a couple of fight scenes. Action should be the meat of the movie.

Nope. For action scenes its the best Bond offering. The Living Daylights is pretty close, but I prefer DAD.

7. Out For Justice: Now it gets interesting. In many ways, Out For Justice is a terrible movie. But get the uncut version, and a curry, and you're in for the ride of your life. Seagal is at his brilliant best, and he's matched all the way by William Forsythe's seriously fucked-up villain. Worth watching for the pool hall scene alone.
