how do you get any of these scores? The highest point in the game is 1128ft, can mr.parker really jump 600 odd feet?

I don't think it can be, because I just did a full-on jump off of the mast on top of the Empire State building.

I'm guessing the mega-high jumps can be achieved by getting a swing up high in the air first.
