OMG thats even worse than the one above

Exactly. I expected them to make a new tune, much like they did in the 80s, to go with the modern style of music.

Apparently the modern style of music is RUBBISH! Oh well, hopefully we won't have to hear it lots, and it's one of those "you'll only actually hear it over the credits, but there isn't another scene after the credits so you can leave and avoid it" songs.

was the inclusion of Stan Bush making a song for the film bullshit then? god this film needs it

I fucking hate this new wave indy and emo shit, its everywhere

1. Linkin Park "What I've Done"

2. Smashing Pumpkins "Doomsday Clock"

3. Disturbed "This Moment"

4. Goo Goo Dolls "Before It's Too Late (Sam and Mikaela's Theme)"

5. The Used "Pretty Handsome Awkward"

6. HIM "Passion's Killing Floor"

7. Taking Back Sunday "What It Feels Like To Be A Ghost?"

8. Styles Of Beyond "Second To None"

9. Armor For Sleep "End Of The World"

10. Idiot Pilot "Retina and the Sky"

11. Julien-K "Technical Difficulties"

12. Mutemath "Transformers Theme"

Looks like it was bullshit  Unless it's a swerve job and the Stan Bush song is on in the background on a radio or something.

unless you're a braindead american teen, which is where this movie's target lies.

fucking hell, HIM.. its amazing how well marketed this fucking watered down billy idol wannabe is, if he wasnt marketed to kids thanks to bam margera being a walking fucking billboard for him, and his black and pink trainers and teeshirts being hawked in every skate shop on the planet, he'd be obscure dadrock for Q readers.

How is the actual score of the film, Phelan?

Seemed ok, to be honest I was in so much awe at the fact there were big robots beating the shit out of each other on the screen.

It worked for each scene, so I guess it did it's job :(

Is that the actual soundtrack, or 'music inspired by the movie' guff that's never in the actual film?

I'm not paid to promote it in the UK.

Just in Aus.

This place is my home on the web. But no more stuff about it from me. I'll write a review for the 23rd though.

And I'm nothin but honest in here. I'm just very excited about the guys in this place seeing it, and hopefully enjoying it as much as me.

Happy about this though

- The original Marvel UK comic lasted for ten years, 332 editions and was last printed in 1994.

Not quite. While there were 332 regular issues, the original run of the Marvel UK Transformers comic series ran from the 9th of September 1984 to the 18th of January 1992. There were miscellaneous original 'collected comic' specials and annuals produced between those dates, and a further occasional seasonal one-off bumper reprintings long after the series proper had finished in 1992 (culminating in a Winter Special 1994 reprint).

Pointless Friday Transformer Facts

- The Decepticons create markers bearing the likeness of their dead, lit by an eternal flame. Superstitious Decepticons believe a deceased Transformer's spirit may linger near it's marker, and it is bad luck to disturb one.

- Richard Branson appeared in the Marvel UK Comics :)

- Sideswipe is the brother of Sunstreaker. He makes rash decisions that may endanger him, all in the name of possible victory. Cheating is also not out of the question.

- Wizards of the Coast are planning on releasing Transformers 3D battle card game in June.

- An original animated Super Valkyrie version of Jetfire appeared in an advert for Shcokwave and himself.

Aussie Trailer here with some added good bits - don't know if they are different from the US trailer but it seems to be.

http://www.coolshite.net/news/movie-news/2...world-premiere/

Feel free to ignore the bad pic of me half way down the page.

Its the same trailer thats being shown in the UK cinemas at the moment. Which itself is a bit different to the ones you get (mostly) on youtube and the ones that have been linked in this thread so far, even if its only about 4-6 very small bits.
