I only really started liking Radiohead last year, when I heard a copy of The Bends. I had heard OK Computer a few times more than a year before that, but at that time even though I liked the music I wasn't too keen on the vocals. I revisited it after enjoying The Bends so much and appreciated it much more, then had a listen to their other albums.

So I haven't had that long to get familiar with them, but here are my favourite songs from each album:

Pablo Honey: I haven't heard all of it yet, so I suppose Creep wins by default. :)

The Bends: Probably the title track.

OK Computer: Any of the singles could be my favourite: Paranoid Android, Karma Police or No Surprises

Kid A: The National Anthem. But I also really like Optimistic and Morning Bell.

Amnesiac and I Might Be Wrong: I don't think I've heard them enough times yet to judge them properly... though I do really like the live version of The National Anthem on the latter.

Hail to the Thief: Strangely enough, this took me more listens to get into than Kid A. But now, A Punchup At A Wedding, 2+2=5, There There and A Wolf At The Door are my favourite songs on it.

At the moment I think my favourite overall is...

A Wolf At The Door

Good choice there, the lyrics are spot on!

Just is a great song with a great video, but Thom Yorke's crazy mic antics in that video have always made me cringe a little.

I would have to say that Idioteque is my favourite song, with honourable mentions for Subterranean Homesick Alien and Killer Cars

Subterranean Homesick Alien in particular I have an amazing memory of being back in the Carribean, late afternoon. Warm, beautiful sweet-smelling air around me, lying in the airport roof garden with the planes flying over, simply incredible.

LP7 is looking very good I reckon - Open Pick [with Strings hopefully in place of Ed live], Arpeggi, Videotape, Nude etc. If Big Boots managed to make it on it would be perfect.

It's great getting a drip-feed of songs that are tipped for the new album, but I think it's a double-edged sword - I always get this feeling that I wish I could listen to the album with EVERY song being brand new to me, it's one of the best things about a highly anticipated album. I just hate that feeling that I've heard half of it already.

I'm with a few people on here - a lot of the tracks on their albums (esp. Kid A and Amnesiac), whilst amazing, NEED to be heard in the context of the album.

Whilst it's not really my 'favourite' - whenever anyone says Radiohead I tend to think of Street Spirit - it's just the definition in my mind of their 'sound' - much as 'Aces High' or 'Running Free' is for Iron Maiden (and they're not necessarily my favourites either)...

Hard to choose a favourite from someone who've albums are generally works in their own right tho.

Another vote for Airbag here.

Closely followed by Fake Plastic Trees and Everything In Its Right Place (especially live).

I must admit to being sick of Creep and as for the Radio edit.... :ph34r:

EDIT: Oh, and the misses fav is Karma Police

Creep is more than just a song for me it brings back memories. I remember it just leapt out at me when I first heard it on the Radio. I remember watching their first ever Top of the Pops performance and just being in awe. I made my Mum watch it because I told her it was the greatest song ever (I'm not sure she was so impressed). I bought Pablo Honey on the day it came out. I was obsessed. You could say other songs are better now and Radiohead have an amazingly impressive back catalogue but for me nothing they do will ever replace the wonder of Creep. Only other song that thats happened with to any great extent is Smells Like Teen Spirit I guess.

Picking one favourite song is impossible for me to be honest. They've got so many great songs fitting for diffrent moods that I simply can't pick just one.

The Amnesiac version is crap, the only Radiohead song I always skip.

Each album of them is filled with brilliant stuff, it's amazingly diverse. Sail to the Moon is today my favorite, even though though Pyramid Song is probably their best overall.

For the last couple of years, my favourite RH song has been Daydreaming. The more I listen to it the more I fall in love with it. 
I also stumbled upon this video on Vimeo a few weeks back and it didn't exactly make me like the song any less.... There's a lot of grasping in some of the theories in this video but a lot of the stuff being discussed seems believable enough for me to buy it.
