Some setting on your dashboard, it has the letter N and then a number. 1 is open to all, 2 is some restriction, 3 is higheast restriction. Or something <_<

Its all true! :(

If you take a look at this :

http://www.xbox.com/zh-sg/live/connect/diagnosing.htm

Look at the NAT section. The instructions aren't too clear, there are a few xbox live bits from the console. Bascially you need to go to the troubleshooter, do a test connection. When it succeeds, press y followed by a - here you see the ICMP / MTU / NAT results it talks about on that link. My router is set to open. :(

Also, i know Kryptonian knows this, where is the option to test (set?) your link speed / capability from the dashboard. We talked about it a lot in Black Arrow when there was lag problems.......

What surprises me most about this is how the dummy works for the Elite but not the Spartan. Makes me wonder whether there is some actual difference between the two other than their 'skin' - I'd have thought the underlying logic would be identical.

I think it is actually an animation glitch. Obviously the animation differs between the two models.

This was my first organised outing with Roll Muck against another rllmuk clan.

This is probably going to be my last - for the forseeable future at least.

Sorry I won't be able to participate as an active member during the Championships but I'm sure you'll do the clan proud without me ;) I may be able to fill in but I won't be on Halo 2 as much now.

Thanks for having me and see you on Live! sometime everyone.

OK guys heres the official post game breakdown:

Game 1

Neutral Bomb Coag: Sacred Remains - Win 1-0

Hmm not the best, SR got an early lead then we had a stand off for about 40 minutes. Unfortunately the game was set to first to 3 with a round time of 20 minutes, meaning the game would have gone on for ever. So we quit out.

Chaos then unfolded in the lobby resulting in 2 team members dropping out. Leaving it 5 a side

Game 2

Slayer Lockout: Sacred Remains Win - 50-39

We got kicked pure and simple

EDIT - actually it ended up closer than I thought

Game 3

Crazy King Headlong - Roll Muck Win - 5:00-4:58! (yes it was that close)

What a classic.. no other word to describe it. We had about 30 seconds left on the clock and were about 2 minutes ahead. Then Pootle utter the words "weve won this one!" ;)

Next thing we know were on 4:59 and they are on 4:58.. those last few seconds were pure terror, but we were victorious!

Game 4

Slayer Ivory Tower - Sacred Remains Win - 50-42

Another very close game, i was really pleased with our performance we worked really well as a team and took the lead numerous times throughout the game. Just lost it a bit towards the end, but well done guys!

Game 5

1 Flag CFT Zanzibar - Draw 1-1

Great way to finish the night, after an easy first flag for SR we got our act together and were just denied a point on our first attack, the flag ended up right on their spot just as the time ran out.

We went on to defend the next flag, it all came together nicely.

Then had a storming attack on our final run which equalized the game

Overal a top performance, just a shame about the result. But rest assure a rematch will be on the cards.

Well played team, you did the clan proud. I realise my quitting did the clan a favour, as they were one down. I'd like to think the reasons were partially altruistic and not entirely adrenalin fuelled rage. Should I still have this much testosterone at my age?

Read more of my fuck-filled rantings on the forum. I'm starting to wonder whether I shouldn't quit the clan. My rantings only quietened down briefly cos I muted the comms and took a phonecall. ;)
