Joined another game with the rllmuk hordes and I'm sorry to say I don't enjoy it. Having massive lagfest free for all slayer with added constant high pitched whining isn't really my thing. I like teamgames, I've gone off ffa since the days of Quake.

Some good games yesterday. Especially our unbeaten run on Big Team Battle. Was especially satisfying to pull of the draw with those dummy cheating bastards!.

Think its safe to say that Ive definitely got the Halo bug again (although I dont think I ever really lost it)

I was even enjoying some head to head matchmaking!

Anyone around for a couple this afternoon?

Don't you guys do mostly slayers and teamslayer for those custom games? I like the objective gametypes best. And I just like the very nice talks we have with the american players.

Um, depends really. Sometimes a quick free for all limbers everyone up, though usually its noshi which is over fairly quickly. We do objective stuff too, especially if anyone asks. I really hate when you get too many people in for a lagfest too. When we have a good bunch it usually chops and changes, a FFA is usually started when the room is only 2 or 3 people, and other people jump in, when there are enough, close the room and see what people wanna do.

On Friday there was a bunch of 8 of us and we just hopped into team training. We got Assualt on Zanzibar and TS Burial Mounds, and they were both wicked.

In terms of objective stuff, I suppose when I've got control of the room I mostly end up putting king and ball type games, because I have them set up properly already.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience, hopefully next time there will be 6 or 8, and remember to speak up about the gametypes you want.

Yeah, it's not really a fair assesment; we jumped in for one game (when Kiwi was running the room) and played in a fourteen man free for all lag fest. Our fault really.

Thanks everyone, and cheers Gingerism, Zok and Panda for the games and for putting up with my drunken crapness! Shame I couldn't hear a word Zok was saying for most of the evening and various others, my comms seemed to be a bit screwed. Although I did catch Mr Benn cursing my name a few times after killing him! :)
