I've just cancelled for pretty much the same reason I did last time. I've been mining for about 3 weeks, and I just upgraded to the first mining barge. I've been mining for about an hour, and some dickhead steals my ore then blows up the can. No consequences for him whatsoever, so what's the point? I know it's dog eat dog out there, and I should train up to go and kick his arse in a big ship, but I really can't be bothered with any of it any more.

You could just join a corp. It's really not safe - or an awful lot of fun - to be alone out there unless you're cut out for that sort of thing.

The consequences are imposed by you and your friends; there are some excellent japes to be had against such lowlifes if you have even a corpie or two. That's if they're not altogether savvy, and if they are they'll likely leave you alone in any case.

get a friend in a PVP ship to "flip" your can for you and sit off grid ready to warp inn to the can then you can mine into that. When someone shows up and tries to flip it your friend warps inn and pops them, have him/her use a passive targeter as most people won't try to run until you lock them, with with a passive he won't even know he's being locked until he's scrambled

I are teh agent whore :lol: Got me a Domi though now and moved up to a Q16 agent in Aunia, LIII. The Domi is there for when a high-sec L4 appears (currently there are a couple on my list but low sec, maybe it's time to risk it... should really join a corp first). I'm currently running threes for the cash to splash on the Domi set-up. I'm still training Drone Interfacing V, halfway there ^_^

I've made some changes to that Domi setup - take another look at it. :)

People have actually replied to the post, none of them me. :(

It would seem we have a double extended downtime, today and tomorrow.

I'm starting to get annoyed with my self in not having the required skills to take out an interloper and realise I really need to get my drones up to T2 levels one electronics, engineering and mechanics are finished as I have had 3 incursions now, the third one was nice enough to come in mid mission with a fricking nighthawk.

So then seems like the utter failure of the goons to kill BOB is gonna come back to haunt them. Last night MC was disbanded (shouldn't have turned on BOB). Goons meanwhile seem intent on attacking anyone BUT bob (BRUCE have been meta gamed to peices by goons and pandemic legion, tri are being attacked as are smashkill). All of this because the goons claim "we didn't do enough to help beat bob". Goons and pandemic legion (one and the same really) actually got someoe to hack into BRUCE's and make a direct data dump of the server which included not just the forums but people private messages to each other which they then posted on the internet. But hey its okay becasue as we all know TO GOONS ITS ONLY A GAME AND NOT SERIOUS! :(

Okay so I have been whining about some of the skills taking 6 days to train, I finally did something about it and got some standard implants and trained up eidetic memory along with logic, now down to 4 days. That should shut me up for a bit.

No need to leave the room once joined as it will log you in automatically each time. Also as it's the weekend you will probably see more people on although some can be rather quiet or if I'm there rather dull ^_^

Oh and if anyone hasn't downloaded clear skies the you suck as it's bloody good.
