Entered in the tourney are myself and Dewfire, and TooStoned and Raider. The first team is the strongest of the two, so I guess it depends how much of an intensive warmup your wanting.

I can see potential games against Tyler+Wolf and Kerraig+Kryptonian being a whole world of hurt

I do exist, but admittedly I haven't played Halo 2 online or anything for a long while. I do check this thread daily tho.

This is for various reasons illness(not a bad one I want no sympathy), Easter, parties and the fact my xbox is now downstairs and moving it upstairs is an effort, tho i might do it tonight, have had some busy weekends with friends and stuff and now I've got nothing to do, which means i might get back in the habit of H2'sing.

I was looking forward to the tourney, and then the arrangement was/is dragging on, I'll still participate, but I'm prob not as good as I was. If tetchy wants/is allowed to get someone else I don't mind.

Sometimes I feel like I'm a figment of my imagination, that gets confusing.

I'm not trying to be arsey, so apologies in advance if this all goes horribly wrong.

Basically, the way I see it is that though I'm up for it and have said so, you'd rather partner with Tetchy because he's in your clan. Fair play. Except he hasn't responded to your post, which leaves the decision in your hands.

If you want to wait for Tetchy, then fine. I'll find another partner and attempt to blag my way in (ie pray that other teams drop out entirely). It's just that I'd rather be an actual choice than the back-up plan, if you see what I mean.

But really, I've 3 birthdays to go out for this week, and dinner with my mum.

I need to know who's out, so I can re enter the teams.

Basically, thought some people would drop, this would give them a chance to look and if they wanted to then fine. What we'll do is start this weekend, and possibly wing it a bit for the first couple of games. I'll bash out the fixtures when I get in from work.
