Broken Klassic's stuff is like nothing I've ever seen before. I really like it. Keep getting weirder, please.

Not drawn anything for fun for weeks (I've been doodling a bit for work in the meantime), so I got a bit of a spurt on in the little sketchbook over the weekend (and this morning) to make up.

Oh no, outclassed by Emily again! Poor Ste. I do really like the one in the car, looking at your legs. Also the one top right, it's such a nice position with the legs all tucked up like that. And I see she's going for a goatee ;D

A sketch I did the other week from a photo of the Mrs freezing cold on a windy beach in Anglesey. I'm quite glad that it turned out so well, because I haven't hand drawn anything for about two years.

I played about with one of these Aquash in the artshop today. It let out a bit more water than I'd like but it was the tester for the general public so was probably a little fooked.

I've been looking for such a thing for years to use with watercolour pencils. It stops your art being 10% spit

And I also saw Derwent's Inktense range which was new to me. I loved it - watersoluable pencils which you can wash to ink but when they're dry they're set so you can go over them with something else. As an acrylic devotee I really like working like this.

I'm much too poor to be an artist and a knitter and a cook though. ;)

I like the one on the sofa.

The postures just look really natural.

Also:

Minkee's Red Panda ftw!

Red Pandas are coooool.

The design, like the Zoo piece you did, is slick as hell. Have you made this into a print yet? pics when u do ;)

So so soo awesome, BrokenKlassic!

Wow ristar, that's insanely cool, that all goes on a wallet? (the hair sticking out the sides is awesome )

Liking the 'ink splatter' and lighting on the pink pic, Remy.

I've been using those pens for years now (although I fill them with dark ink). Absolutely fantastic stuff. My favourite media by far.

You don't need to buy the kit, you could just get some indian ink or even standard pentel ink and stick it in there. Or just fill it with water and use with any standard set of watercolour paints. Or even water-down some acrylic paint and stick it in there (although that might be a pain if it starts to dry inside the pen).
