It's not true, it never was true. I can't believe the bollocks that gets printed in the papers. Do they never consider what they are writing and at least run it through some kind of bullshit detector?

It's the guardian, they make mistakes on purpose to have a 'humourous' corrections section.

Typical shitty Guardian journalism.

Even the Sun gets more facts, and spelling, right then that bloody paper.

you're entitled to your opinion but the Guardian is still the best newspaper in this country and The Observer is the best Sunday paper by miles, a great read. as for The Sun, the only "facts" in it are the price.

Sloppy journalism or not, it gets on my tits that all these companies only preach the 'global economy' when it benefits them; at the same time, they merrily carve up the world in regions/zones/... when they expect to make a profit.

I've imported a *lot* of games stuff over the years, but the more sony et al whine about us importers, the more I am tempted to buy my stuff in north america. Just to piss them off... : instead of complaining, they should get their act together and start treating Europe with respect :

- lots of stuff doesn't make it here at all

- localisations are no f*cking excuse for six-months delays; most games aren't translated anyway.

- why pay 30-50% more than USA / Canadian gamers?

Well, I was going to wait for the Euro release, but in defiance of the knobs at Sony I've bought a Jap PSP off my my mate with a copy of Lumines.

haha! Perhaps this was just an ingenius plot to increase sales of Jap/US units.
