Not sure what I make of the links for us being in for City's Jesus, I know he's hot this weekend but overall I've never been that impressed. He never gets a long run of games which doesn't help, but when he plays it's for City, and their high quality chance generation machine.

 

Then I saw this nugget, he literally destroys value in chances he's given by quite a big margin. You'd need a bit more detail to get a better view of this but it's unlikely he's accumulated 73xG from speculative pot shots from weird angles bearing in mind who he plays for.

Hard to see which one of these teams is meant to be knackered from a euro semi final on Thursday whilst the other has sat on their arse.

 

No point being reckless bit you’d expect us to try and make that supposed extra freshness count and take it to them a bit more

that was way more nerve shredding than needed. biggest thing is that 4pt gap now meaning that the NLD whilst still a huge game isn't must win.

 

Nketiah won't want to sit on the bench any more (quite right at his age) and isn't really the long term answer for us, he feels like a player having a nice run of form at a time we need him too, which will be good for everybody. In some ways it's like Willock last season at Newcastle.

 

A few decent games doesn't suddenly make him good enough where previously he was judged to not be. It certainly isn't worth 3-4y at PL starter wages either. We better have somebody lined up though as with him and Lacazette off the cupboard is looking pretty empty with only more young and unproven waiting in the wings.

Ornstein linking us with Tielemans today. Can't say I'm sold on him tbh, always looks defensively suspect and physically lacking to me, but then again I couldn't see anything in Ramsdale either so what do I know. Depends on the price I guess.

Arsenal need to settle down, get Martinelli and Saka back into the game as they were causing so many problems

 

FFS that was obviously coming, what did I say the other day about him being consistent and reliable?

It's still a red card. even if it is for retaliationm there is no rule saying you can elbow someone if they fouled you. i mean fucking come on..
