But they are always injured, so there is never enough cover. Certainly there isn't enough to send Walcott away.

Do you think that would happen with Walcott anyway? I think when you look at what we paid, and the England fiasco, it could possibly ruin him. Wenger would probably be roasted for it as well.

Walcott doesn't need to b e loaned out he needs to get match fit, just like clichy. The problem is that not many of our players have hit top form this season for one reason of the other that's why we aren't winning games. And of course because we needed strengthening in a few areas. If Walcott did go on loan he would just get hacked to pieces even more than he does now.

I'd play a 4-4-2 with Bendtner up top with Walcott - the classic tall and fast combination. It's as clear as the goatee on his face that Walcott is supposed to be a striker. He doesn't need loads of craft, just time a few runs off knock downs and get in behind. When you're playing shit just go back to the basics.

I really hope Wenger doesn't do this on Wednesday. I'm pretty fearful of an Arsenal backlash as it is.

Finally managed to catch the highlights from yesterday’s game. What struck me most was the 2 saves Cech made from Arsahvin’s shot and Cesc’s free kick and that had Chelsea had Alumnia in goal both those would have likely gone in.

I think the best we can hope for now is a good placed 3rd in the League and to get a stable line up (hopefully with a fit Bendtner) for a decent Champions League run.

Right then you bastards. You didn't do us a favour against Chelsea at the weekend but I hope at least you can smash the scouse tonight!

We're edging it at the moment. But that means roughly...nothing. Liverpool don't look as good as Man Utd or Chelsea at either sitting back so far.

Bendtner has had the only real chance so far.

Liverpool are doing the job they came here to do perfectly, we need to liven up a bit and start threading some passes through them. It has been nice to see bendtner up there tonight (never thought i'd say that) he's been winning every header and has been bringing it down!! now all he needs to do is score and i'll love him forever!!!
